Currency
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Taxes
For the time being GST/HST/PST does not apply.
Payment
Payment must be made in-full prior to shipment of order. As our online store is set up with PayPal, payments will be processed through this trusted service provider. With PayPal you can choose between several credit card options. You do not need a PayPal account!
If you prefer not to reveal your credit card information online, we can also work with email-bank-transfer (via your online banking account) or check. Please contact us before ordering online. We will then send you further information.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days from Chestermere, Alberta. We are aiming to process and ship within 1 business day. Please consider that we usually do not process orders on weekends or statutory holidays.
Please do not forget to Pick&Add your shipping cost (see "Pick&Add your Shipping Costs).
We will ship with Canada Post, lettermail or regular parcel.
You can save on shipping fees if you decide on picking-up in Chestermere, AB.
If you prefer other delivery options please contact us.
Once an order has been shipped we will send a confirmation email with delivery details, lettermail/parcel contents and a tracking number if applicable.
Please contact us as soon as possible but within 5 days of delivery receipt if there are any discrepancies with order contents and invoice.
At this time, we do not ship to destinations outside of Canada.
Cancellations
You are able to cancel any item from your order without penalty prior to shipment. If you notice any changes that may need to be corrected in your order, or wish to cancel any items, please call or email us immediately.
However, if we have already packaged the item and not yet shipped the parcel, it will be subject to a administration fee of 10% of the value of canceled items.
If the parcel has been shipped, it will be processed as a return. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Return & Replace Policy
We are confident that you will enjoy your purchases, but if by chance you are not completely satisfied, the items purchased are returnable for full refund within 14 days of original purchase. A 10% administration fee may be applied. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned products. Articles marked as “Final Sale” are excluded from returns.If an item needs to be replaced (e.g. wrong size/color - mistake by us), we will take care of the costs for both (return & replacement) shipments. We will only accept items that are unwashed, unused, and have original packaging and tags for full refund.
