You may have already noticed that I added the method of knitting to the garments e.g. Fine Rib Super Combed GSM 180. I personally find this information very helpful when buying merchandise myself.
Fine Rib Suber Combed: e.g. for underwear, onesies, fits snug and tight, high degree of elasticity
Interlock: e.g. in T-Shirts. The fabric has a smooth surface on both sides, and possesses good wearing qualities
Jersey: with a smooth, flat face, and a more textured, but uniform back
Single Jersey: used in e.g. thinner shirts for women
Heavy Jersey: used in e.g. sweat pants, thicker
GSM: stands for grams per sqare meter (g/m2): This gives you an idea about the thickness of an item e.g. GSM 200 is thicker than GSM 180. Calculation: Cut a 1 meter by 1 meter of fabric and weigh it in grams
